    • Our Food

    Our culinary team has designed a menu that highlights the vibrant flavors of classic Mexican cuisine with a modern spin: funky and fresh, fitting only of Chubbs himself. 

    Start your meal off with a showstopper like our elote or tuna tostada, or dip your chip into one of our three guacamoles, house-made salsas or modelo queso - The perfect accompaniments to whatever you choose to sip on. For the main course, choose one of our signature tacos, handhelds, salads or bowls. Just don't forget to save room for churros. 

    On Saturdays & Sundays, join us for Brunch! There you'll find chilaquiles aka breakfast nachos, berry masa pancakes, breakfast burritos, and SO much more!

    Our Beverage Program

    Our thoughtful and creative house cocteles are made with fresh juices, house infused tequilas, and carefully sourced liqueurs - Each one crafted to compliment the flavors found in our food. Find the classics like margaritas (of course!) and palomas among the unexpected like our Espress-O Yourself, our take on the beloved espresso martini made with house-infused tequila reposado.

    Our hand selected wine list highlights Spanish, Portuguese, and South American varietals. If you prefer a cold cerveza: Try one of our fourteen beers on draught or choose a favorite from our selection of bottles and cans.

    Maverick Hospitality welcomes our newest concept, and sixth restaurant: Chubbs Taco & Tequila Bar. 

    We're honored to be planting roots in the very neighborhood where we got our start and couldn't be more excited to introduce Dorchester to Chubbs: Your new neighborhood taqueria.
